90 minute restorative yoga class on three Fridays in September.

What if this year you gave yourself three Fridays off the hamster wheel? Restorative yoga is a gift to yourself. Remember to be easy, relax, ease your muscles, soften your fascia and thoroughly calm your nervous system. Everything is better when you’re rested. Move sweetly, find stillness, sigh, rest, rest deeply.

Classes are held at my private home in Amersham.

You will need a yoga mat, a bolster, and a blanket for this class.
