Yoga Offerings
I love yoga.
I am honoured to share the practices that have helped me love my body, embolden my adventurous spirit and honestly follow my heart’s calling.
I trained with Master-teacher Sianna Sherman and am certified by the Rasa Yoga Academy and Yoga Alliance 200RYT.
I teach Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Restorative classes which are often inspired by the myths and stories of the yoga tradition as well as the Zodiac cycles and the Celtic Wheel of the Year. After training with Uma and Nirlipta Dinsmore-Tuli and Theo Wildcroft, I also teach the deep relaxation practice, Yoga Nīdra.

Menopause Yoga Classes
When I began teaching at the CLC in Amersham, a lot of women told me that their doctor had advised them to “try yoga” to help with their menopause symptoms. Because this happened so often I decided to train with Petra Coveney, the creator of Menopause Yoga.
I can help you with your symptoms in private or small group classes at my home or yours.
