In 2020 I began the next evolution of my yoga studies with Master-teacher and Rasa Yoga co-creator Sianna Sherman at Triyoga Camden and, of course, the live training was interrupted by the pandemic. Other teachers on this training include Hannah Muse, Carlos Pomeda, Masood Ali Khan.

Psycle Signature Class Training                        Psycle, 2017 – 2018

In order to teach classes at high-end London fitness centres Psycle London I was trained in their Yoga Fix signature classes by Gemma Soul and Leila Sadeghee with additional training in anatomy by Doctor Andrew McGonigle. The class sequences were aimed at stretching out and strengthening cyclists.

I took part in this series of immersive trainings over six months with London master-teacher Leila Sadeghee. The course included yoga philosophy, asana, meditation and rest practices.

I gained my Yoga Alliance yoga teaching qualification with Master-teacher Sianna Sherman and her assistants Greta Hill, Sonya Genel and Allie Schaeffer in Costa Rica in February 2016. I have been teaching happily since I qualified.

AppleYoga                                                      The Architecture of Asana

This in-depth physical asana and anatomy training in London with Katy Appleton (former Royal Ballet Dancer and Geri Halliwell’s yoga teacher) in 2014 was my first foray into official yoga training. It laid an excellent foundation for my practice.
